​You can order any of our products for shipping anywhere in Australia via AuPost Express. 

Shipping boxes are sent by Australia Post Express, please allocate 1 to 5 business days for your order to be delivered depending on the destination. For more information please check AuPost website. Please note that we can't guarantee an order to arrive in a specific day as the shipping is managed by them. We strongly advise you to submit the order with as much time in advance to avoid delays.

All shipping orders are sent on Mondays and Wednesdays, if you submit your order any day between Wednesday and Saturday we will dispatch your order on the next week Monday, orders submitted between Sunday and Tuesday will be dispatched on Wednesday same week. 

 

It is important your contact details are correct when ordering, including name and address if details are incorrect, please contact us immediately by email to cookielocaorder@gmail.com. We at Cookie Loca are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, names and other information provided.

​​We send the cookies on Fridays as we don't want our fresh cookies to stay all weekend in their warehouse.

 

IMPORTANT - As our products are perishable goods, if you happen to not be at home, your parcel will be left at you door in a safe place. Cookie Loca doesn't take any responsibility for lost or damaged packages as this is done by a external courier. ​

Pick up orders are available Friday only, from 1pm onwards. Please submit your order by Thursday night if you would like to pick up the next day Friday. Once your order is ready for collection we will email you with the address as we bake from our home bakery and we would like to keep our address private.
