ALLERGENS:
We cannot cater currently for anyone who suffers with allergens or intolerances. We work in a kitchen that handles Dairy, Eggs, Gluten, Soya, Nuts & Peanuts in our kitchen.

PREORDERS:
You are responsible to pick up your order during the times published in this website and market operation hours. If you couldn't make it due to external conditions, please contact us ASAP to collect your order at our Wyoming location the same day as the markets, please note we will keep your order until Sunday 5:00pm. If you don't collect your order by this time, we are unable to keep saving your order and not refunds will be given as we product was already prepared and packaged. It's your responsibility collect your order during this time.
ORDERING LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDER VALUE:
Deliveries only: If you order less than the minimum order value advised in the "Shop" Section and still proceed to payment, your order will be cancelled and refunded, this is because there a multiple online fees that get deducted in every order, therefore a minimum order value is important to make it worth for our business from all the fees that get deducted to us.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel your order we charge a 10% cancellation admin fee. This is because it takes time to cancel orders, we also get charged the processing fees via which we still have to pay even if you cancel your order. However if you wish to cancel your order after your order has been prepared, your payment won't be refundable.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES:
Upon placing your order we deem all information on that order to be correct - We are NOT responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or any incorrect information on orders placed. Incorrect addresses must be informed to us ASAP BEFORE the order is dispatched via our email address cookielocaorders@gmail.com, please do not send a DM in regards to your order. IF we can change it, we are happy to do so, if is too late to change the address, Cookie Loca won't be responsible as we cannot charge addresses or delivery locations once its been dispatched.

Its your responsibility to ensure your details are correct.
We recommend setting up an account with your details on before hand so there's no need to rush at the checkout.

DAMAGED GOODS:
We are not responsible for any damaged goods or weather conditions that may effect your order as this is out of our control from the moment the order has left our premises.
DELIVERY:
Your order will arrive on Friday, could be anytime between 11:00am and 5:00pm, however it could arrived after this time depending on traffic and weather conditions. We are unable to provide specific time as it changes due to amount of orders and traffic conditions.

Please don't order if your not home to collect your parcel. If your item has been delivered and then you can't find it, its most likely been stolen and I cant replace or refund the order.
If you are not happy with these conditions - PLEASE do NOT order delivery and aim to pick up your order

We don't offer refunds or replacement orders as standard but we will sort out any problems down to each circumstance.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE:
We can refuse service, this is down to our discretion. We won't accept mistreating our staff.

REFUNDS:
Refunds of 100% will be given if consumer advised on the same day of the order been dispatched and/or pick up with prove of the reason why due to a production error and if the product is send back to the store/location. If prove is not given, or consumer contact the business the next day or after, or the product is not return to the business in 75% initial weight of a single item (any of these reasons), refund won't be process.
If the customer consumed a product more than 25% (single item) and claim for a refund, refund won't be given.

Cookie Loca has the right to decide if a reason for refund is valid or not for a refund, refund also will be manage in a % depending case by case and it will be decided by Cookie Loca management.
